Williams Mobile Auto Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services at the location provided during booking. Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled appointment time.
Service times may vary depending on the vehicle’s size, condition, and requested services.
Pricing
Prices listed on the website are starting prices and may vary based on:

Vehicle condition

Excessive dirt, stains, or contamination

Pet hair removal

Additional services requested
If a vehicle requires significantly more work than expected, the final price may be adjusted before the service is completed.
Vehicle Condition
Vehicles with excessive dirt, heavy stains, mold, biohazards, or severe pet hair may require additional services or fees.
Williams Mobile Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition is unsafe or beyond the scope of standard detailing services.
Pre-Existing Damage
Customers are responsible for informing Williams Mobile Auto Detailing of any existing damage prior to service.
This includes but is not limited to:

Cracked trim

Loose parts

Electrical issues

Damaged interior surfaces
Williams Mobile Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during or after the service.
Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment.
Williams Mobile Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle.
Weather Policy
As a mobile service provider, weather conditions may impact scheduled appointments.
Appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, severe weather, or unsafe working conditions.
Customers will be notified as soon as possible if weather affects the appointment.
Water and Power
In some cases, customers may be asked to provide access to water or electrical outlets if required for service.
If these resources are not available and necessary for the service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Satisfaction Policy
Williams Mobile Auto Detailing strives to provide high-quality service. If you are unsatisfied with any part of the service, you must notify us before the technician leaves the location so the issue can be addressed.
Due to the nature of detailing services, results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.
Certain stains, scratches, or damage may not be fully removable.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prepaid online.
Williams Mobile Auto Detailing accepts approved electronic payments and other available payment methods listed on the website.
Limitation of Liability
Williams Mobile Auto Detailing shall not be liable for:
