At Williams Mobile Auto Detailing, we strive to provide high-quality detailing services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Due to the nature of detailing services, all sales are final and refunds are not guaranteed once a service has been completed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any portion of the service provided, you must notify the technician before they leave the service location so the issue can be addressed at that time.

Williams Mobile Auto Detailing will make reasonable efforts to correct any missed areas when brought to our attention immediately.

No Refund Policy

Detailing services require time, labor, and materials that cannot be reversed once the service has been performed. For this reason, refunds are not provided after services are completed.

Results Disclaimer

While we use professional techniques and products, certain conditions may not be fully correctable, including but not limited to:

  • Permanent stains

  • Deep scratches

  • Paint defects

  • Odors embedded in materials

  • Severe contamination

Results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for informing the technician of any concerns before the service is completed.

Once the technician has left the location, the service will be considered accepted and completed.

Chargebacks

Customers who initiate payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting Williams Mobile Auto Detailing to resolve the issue may be subject to additional administrative review and refusal of future services.
